The club has leaders qualified in running fitness and benefits through this by structured sessions aimed at improving our performance and enjoyment of running.
Sessions range from paced runs through Brackley to hill interval training, to speedwork and fartlek training, with one or two sessions per month taking place on the Athletics track in Banbury.
Please come along and give us a test run - you can join us for 3 runs/ training sessions before we request that you join the club.
